It's 11 o'clock and I'm ready to go to my doctor's appointment. I had to go to the kitchen to get coffee and snacks because my CNA hadn't done it. At any rate, I pushed the call button and when another worker showed up, I told her I didn't get the 10 o'clock snack.
She told my CNA who in turn asked someone else to do it. So I got to grub twice this morning.
