I just finished smoking a cigarette and I'm feeling a little too much nicotine in my body because I also just put the patch on.
It is 10 am and I'm feeling light-headed. Hmm. It might be nicotine overdose.
That happened to me before and I started throwing up. I'm feeling a little better now.
